Services for Elva C. Mather, 78, of Tekamah, who died Tuesday, December 24, 1985, at Methodist Mid-Town in Omaha, will be Friday, December 27, 10 a.m., at the Campbell Funeral Home. The Rev. Debra Tompsett will officiate and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth.

Mrs. Mather was born May 21, 1907, the daughter of Arthur and Eva Hickok of Atkinson. She married Ervin G. Mather, who preceded her in death in July, 1958.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son, Raymond (Jim) Mather of Kennard; one brother, Lyle Hickok of Lincoln, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and two great-grandsons.

Pallbearers will be Boyd Mather, James Mather, Mike Mather, Ray Mather, Tom Moore and Rex Flint.

Organist and vocalist will be Clare Cowing.

Campbell Funeral Home of Blair is in charge of arrangements.
