Russell E. Peak, 92

Blair native Russell E. Peak, 92, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, died Feb. 20, 2009. Private graveside services were held.

Mr. Peak was a veteran of World War II, and was an IPALCO retiree.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Judy, Joan and Gary; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one adopted son and grandson.

Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
