MRS. JENNIE PEARCE DIED HERE THURSDAY

Mrs. Jennie Pearce of 1458 Jackson Street, died at Memorial Community Hospital Thursday, September 16th. She was the widow of the late Ralph R. Pearce who was well known in this area.

Mrs. Pearce was born at Shenandoah, Iowa August 18, 1893 and was 78 years of age at the time of her death.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James Wulf (Nadine) of Blair; Mrs. Don Rouse (Violet) of Blair; Mrs. Darlene Smith of Omaha and by a son, Donald Pearce of Blair.

D.M. Hannah, of Blair is a brother and a sister, Mrs. Ray Christie, lives at Riderwood, Washington. There are fourteen grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the First Christian Church Saturday, September 18th with services conducted by the Rev. Ray Phelps. Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary.

The pallbearers were Robert Wulf, David Wulf, Rodney Wulf, Donald Smith, Larry Moore and Lowell Moore.
