Services will be Wed., Oct. 9 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home for Marian R. Mathiesen, 80, who died Oct. 7, 1996 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Marian R. Mathiesen was born Oct. 22, 1915 in Arlington to Dudley and Ethel Rosenbaum.

She married Leonard Mathiesen Aug. 5, 1950 in Blair. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; an infant son, Edwin Leonard; one brother and a sister.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Verna Dennis, Blair and a daughter and son-in-law, Imogene and John Lutz, Blair; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a sister, Opal Maiwald of California; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Blair Rescue Squad.
