Services were Tuesday, November 21 at Hennessey-VanCleave-Hurley Funeral Home in Missouri Valley, Iowa for Luella K. Pearson, 75 of Omaha and formerly of Missouri Valley who died at an Omaha hospital November 18, 1989. Burial was in the Branson Cemetery in Loveland.

Luella Kathryn Pearson was born August 18, 1914 in Fruitland, Utah to Peter and Kathryn Clements Naab. Luella was a nurses’ aide in Missouri Valley and Omaha area for many years.

She was Past Madam President of Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary No. 3215 in Blair and a charter member of Missouri Valley Eagle’s Auxiliary No. 3876.

She was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Jay; and one brother, Kenneth Naab.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of Omaha; three daughters and sons-in-law, SuzAnne and Dennis Kasischke of San Diego, California; Barbara and Richard Margritz of Omaha; Kathryn and Frank Jaekel of Ogden, Iowa; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Deborah Pearson of Omaha; one step-son, Jerry Pearson of Nevada; four grandchildren, Charity, D.J., Jessica, and Katie; two brothers, Cecil Naab of Omaha and Glen Naab of Sargent, Nebraska; and three sisters-in-laws, Marian Bjornson, Ruthie Naab and Bethel Naab.

Hennessey-VanCleave-Hurley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
