| Funeral services were held Saturday, July 18 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with burial in the Herman Cemetery for Gordon G. Anderson, 79 who died at his home west of Herman July 15, 1992.
Gordon A. Anderson was born December 9, 1912, northwest of Herman, Nebraska to Arthur B. Anderson and Barbara Rose Anderson. His early years were spent on farms in the Herman community. He graduated from Herman High School in 1931.
On February 26, 1935 he married Lucille Hancock. To this marriage four children, Jean, Bill, Mary Lou and Tom were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Arthur and Harry.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille; four children and their spouses, Jean and Joe Cameron, Herman; Bill and Lorey Anderson, Springfield, Missouri; Mary Lou and Don Soukup, Omaha; and Tom and Beverly Anderson, Herman; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one sister, Marjorie Matheson of Corona Del Mar, California.
Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge.
