Funeral services for 37 year old Philip Matzen, formerly of Blair, were held on February 21, 1985, at Visalia, California. Mr. Matzen was killed in a trucking accident in California.

Philip Matzen, of Goshen, California, is the son of Norman Matzen of Blair, and the late Gretchen Matzen of Blair. He is survived by his father, wife Cathy of Goshen, California and children Kevin, Nicky and Joyce, of Goshen, and son Andy Matzen of Yutan, Nebraska. Also surviving is a brother Norman of California, sister, Patty Lambers of Loveland, Colorado and Susie Matsen of Omaha.
