Helen G. Maxwell, 78

Blair native Helen G. Maxwell, 78, of Ralston, died June 21, 2003.

Memorial services are 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Christ Community Church in Omaha.

Helen G. Maxwell was born Nov. 9, 1924, in Blair to John and Elsie Aye.

She graduated from Blair High School in 1943, and retired from First National Bank in 1987.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, JoAnne and Dale Nielsen of Springfield; son, James A. Maxwell of Omaha; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Turner of Fremont; many friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her previous husband, Waldo A. Maxwell, and a great-grandson, Skyle A. Sassenberg.

Memorials are suggested to the Hospice House, Omaha, or the Nebraska SIDS Foundation.

Boyd E. Braman Mortuary in Omaha is in charge of arrangements.
