Cecelia K. Rich, 93, of Blair, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2006, at Bergan-Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at First Lutheran Church in Blair. Interment will be in the Sidney, Mont., cemetery.

Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Cecelia K. Rich was born July 30, 1912 in Laurel to William and Hilda (Carlsen) Koch. She attended school in Laurel and married Lawrence Joslin in 1929. They farmed in rural Laurel until moving to Montana in 1947, where they farmed. While living in Sidney, Mont., she worked as an in-home caregiver and for the Ben Franklin store.

In 1958, Mr. Joslin died. Mrs. Joslin moved to Blair in the early 1960s, and started working for the dietary department at Dana College in 1966, and later worked for the MCH Auxiliary Closet.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors, the Blair VFW Auxiliary, First Lutheran Church Love Days, and enjoyed playing cards, bowling and going to the YMCA.

She is survived by her husband, John Rich, of Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair; daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia and Cecil Barlow of Schaller, Iowa; Marvellee Fink of Sidney, Mont.; Gloria and Maynard Kellerman of Beatrice; sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie and Linda Joslin of Sidney, Mont.; James and Janet Joslin of Bloomington, Ill.; Lyle and Sharalynn Joslin of Blair; 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie Goettsch of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Evelyn and Seth Helgersen of Sioux City, Iowa; Loretta and Bud Muecke of Hinton, Iowa; Wilma and Frank Schoen of Florida; sisters-in-law, Esther Koch of Kingsley, Iowa; Vera Koch of Omaha; brother-in-law, Bill Strong of Wilmer, Minn.

In addition to her first husband, Lawrence, she was preceded in death by a son, Dale; sisters, Lucille and Doris; brothers, Leonard, Robert, and Richard; and a son-in-law, William Fink.
