Kennedy, Lorraine B.

Born July 2, 1927 in Omaha, died peacefully on September 23, 2013 in Houston, TX with her three sons by her side. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Olive Busch, and her beloved husband of 39 years, Victor. Lorraine is survived by her sons, Stephen, his partner Maggie Cronin, his children Paul and Morgan along with their mother Jo Ann Kennedy, her son, John, his wife Ann and their son William, and her youngest son Mark Kennedy. Lorraine also leaves behind numerous friends and extended family. Lorraine attended University of Nebraska at Omaha where she met her husband Victor, residing in Nebraska City before moving to Texas in 1964. She worked as a legal secretary at Conoco/Continental Carbon for 27 years where she established lifelong friendships. After family and friends, she also enjoyed stamp collecting and sewing. She became a lifelong Texas Aggie football fan while Mark and John attended A&M. She and Vic continued to attend games for many more years.
