| Services for Flora Anderson, 90 who died at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair were held Monday, November 11 at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Jensen officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.
Flora M. Anderson was born on July 5, 1901 on a farm north of Blair to Hans and Anna Schueler Anderson. She attended the Pleasant View School and later the Gaydou Commercial College.
In 1922 she moved to Omaha along with her father, where she started her employment with the Tootle Dry Goods in the Old Market Area. She later worked for the Wright/Wilhelmy Company, retiring in 1972.
She had been a member of the Florence Presbyterian Church for 50 years and later the First United Methodist Church in Blair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mary Anderson and Ethel Lippincott.
She is survived by two nieces and two nephews, Pat Hunsche, Virginia Beck, Tom Lippincott and Bill Lippincott; Sister-in-law, Hilda Lippincott, all of Blair; ten great-nieces and great-nephews and ten great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Florence Presbyterian Church.
