KENNETH RICHTER, FORMER BLAIRITE, DIED IN CALIFORNIA

Kenneth (Keno) Richter, formerly of Blair, died Sunday at a hospital at Lomita, Calif., after a lingering illness.
Mr. Richter operated a tavern in Omaha until 1943, when he re-enlisted in the Navy. He was stationed in California. After his release from the Navy, he continued to live in California.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ellen Misfeldt; son Ricky; daughter, Mary; aunt, Mrs. Margaret Pounds of the Crowell Home; two brothers and several cousins in the Blair area.
Mr. Richter was a business representative of the painters union.
Services will be conducted in Lomita, Calif.
