Mrs. Chauncey Wright (Hazel) has recently been informed of the death of her brother Byron McDonald of Omaha. Mr. McDonald was 59 years of age. He died enroute to the hospital from symptoms of pneumonia.

He is survived by his wife Ethel, two sons Marlin and Merlin of Omaha; his brothers and sisters, Mrs. Edwin Olson (Fern) of Hooper, Mrs. Harley Wilcox (Eva) of Omaha, Mrs. Chauncey Wright (Hazel) of Blair, Mr. Glen McDonald of Omaha and Mr. Allen McDonald of Blair; also a nephew from this district Mr. Leigh McDonald.

Byron McDonald was a resident of Blair for a number of years before moving to Omaha and was employed by the County.
