HENRIETTA K. RINDERSPACHER, 91

Henrietta K. Rinderspacher, 91, of Fremont, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998, at Arbor Manor Living Center in Fremont.

Services were Friday at the Presbyterian Church. Rev. Stephen Brownlee officiated. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.

Miss Rinderspacher was born Feb. 18, 1907, in Fremont to William and Emma (Meierhenry) Rinderspacher. She attended Fremont Public Schools, Midland Lutheran College and Iowa State College, where she graduated with a degree in home economics. She interned at Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago, Ill. and worked for a time at the Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, Ill., where she was in charge of dietetics. She also worked for the Farm Security Administration in Fremont and from 1938 to 1943 for the Farm Security Administration in Lexington, Neb. She also worked for the Blair Hospital in Blair as a dietetic consultant for 13 years and later for two years as a dietitian at Memorial Hospital in Fremont; and was food service manager at Midland College.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Fremont; the Order of Easter Star Arbor Vitae Chapter No. 92 in Fremont and had received her 50-year membership pin from that organization; was a lifetime member of the Altrusa Club in Fremont; and was a member of Phi Omega Pi Sorority at Iowa State College.

Survivors include a friend, Joyce Westphal of Fremont and many cousins.

Pallbearers were Harold Meierhenry, Vernon Geisler, Richard Thompson, Dwain Jordan, Greg Jordan and Kent Jordan.

Rozanek and Son Colonial Chapel in Fremont was in charge of arrangements.
