Edward Fielden Dolan, 95, of Placentia, Calif., died Monday, April 6, 2009, at Avalon at Bradford Square.

Prior to moving to Placentia four years ago, Edward and his wife, Lucille, lived in Hemet for 12 years. He was born Sept. 24, 1913, in Arlington. Some of his favorite past times were wood-working, RV traveling and playing cards. He loved to spend time with family and his friends at Mr. View Mobile Home Park in Hemet.

He is survived by his son, Gary Dolan of Placentia; two grandchildren, three great-grand children and numerous relatives in the Fremont area.

Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary, 1501 W. Florida Ave., in Hemet where the family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon Monday. The graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.
