Graveside services were held February 18, 1988, at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Lincoln for Floyd M. Megrue, 90.

Floyd was born October 2, 1897, in Harvard to Elmer and Lillie Gallentine Megrue.

He died February 13, 1988, at the Tekamah Nursing Home in Tekamah.

Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Clarice Brown Megrue, and his parents, Elmer and Lillie Megrue.

He is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law; Gene and Betty Megrue, Blair; Bill Megrue, Van Couver Washington, Russell (Jack) and Eleanor Megrue, Columbus; and Floyd (Bud) and Dorothy Megrue, Lincoln, Ne,; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter, and one sister, Nellie Schenk of Spokane, Washington.

Reverend Richard Dinsdale of Lincoln officiated at the graveside services.
