Mrs. R. E. ROBERTS TO GREAT BEYOND

AFTER A LONG ILLNESS, END CAME PEACEFULLY AT 11:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY

Nancy J. Roberts, wife of the late R. E. Roberts, mother of ten children and a resident of Arlington for years, passed away at her home last night at about 11:30 o’clock. She had been suffering from a complication of diseases for several years, but it was only during the past three or four weeks that she had been confined to her bed and in a serious condition. Everything possible that could be done for her had been tried but it was so decreed by the Almighty Creator that she should never again mingle with the living things of this earth and should come into the fold of the beloved Master of the universe and find the eternal rest that was due after a long, beneficial and prosperous life here on earth and so she passed away.

Of the ten children born to her, nine remain to mourn her loss. They are W. E. Roberts, Tekamah; Henry Roberts, Tekamah; O. C. Roberts, Arlington; Ray Roberts, Arlington; Mrs. F. P. Van Wickle, of York; Mrs. N. P. Bouck, Arlington; Mr. J. C. Hammang of Omaha; Mrs. G. I. Pfeiffer and Mrs. J. A. Dixon of Arlington.

Arrangements for the funeral services have not yet been completed but as far as can learned services will be held next Saturday afternoon at the home. The body will be taken to Omaha and there cremated as per her wishes. Rev. Davies will officiate.
