Jackie Penney, 55

Jackie Penney, 55, of Omaha, died Thursday, March 20, 2008, at Central City Care Center.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, at the First United Methodist Church in Blair. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Jackie Secord was born June 17, 1952, in Omaha to Walter R. and Josephine J. Secord. She was a registered nurse, and had been working at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

She is survived by three children, Jenny Wilkens-Swensen and husband, Linden, of Blair; and Dustin Penney and Amanda Penney, both of Omaha; one granddaughter; brother, Walter Secord Jr. of Bellevue; sister, Linda Alfaro of Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lynette Mainelli; and her husband, Richard Penney Sr.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Services 11 AM Tues. 3/25/08 at the First United Methodist Church, Blair. Burial will be in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha. Visitation will begin at 11 AM Mon. with the family receiving friends from 6-8 PM.
