Vida Perkins Buried In Idaho

Services for Mrs. Vida E. Perkins, 56, of 2324 North Sixteenth Street, Fairfield, Idaho, who died Saturday in a local hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Community Methodist Church in Fairfield. Interment was at Fairfield.

Mrs. Perkins (nee Vida Sappenfield) was born in Blair, Nebr., November 20,1905, was a graduate of Blair High School. She moved to Fairfield in 1926 and worked there in the bank. She was married to A.E. Perkins in Gooding December 15, 1930, and they resided in Fairfield, Buhl, Twin Falls and Gooding where he was associated with the Idaho State Police, moving to Boise in 1949. She was a member of the Community Methodist Church in Fairfield, the Eastern Star at Gooding and the Occident Rebakah Lodge at Fairfield.

Other survivors included four sisters, Mrs. Chris H. Wrich, Denver; Mrs. H.C. Williams, Boise; Mrs. George Hindley, Herman, Nebr., and Mrs. L.B.. Sweet, Cheyenne, and three brothers, Walter L. Sappenfield of Fort Calhoun, Nebr., Clyde Sappenfield of Blair, and Clarence Sappenfield of Stockton, Calif.
