Alyce M. Robinson, 85, of Arlington, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2000, at the A.J. Merrick Manor in Fremont.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3 at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington, and at 9:30 a.m. on Friday at the Arlington Community Church.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 4, at the Arlington Community Church. The Rev. Lynn Martin will officiate. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sioux City, Iowa.

Alyce M. Robinson was born Oct. 5, 1914, in Bertha, to John and Dora (Skinner) Entreken. She grew up in the Craig and Tekamah area.

She married Jesse R. Robinson on June 6, 1936, and the couple resided in Omaha and Elkhorn, before moving to Lebanon, Mo., in 1975. They later moved to Hermitage, Mo., and moved to Arlington in 1985.

She attended the Arlington Community Church, was a member of the Over 60 Center in Arlington, and was a 50-year member of the Rebekah Lodge at Omaha.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Gary Keiser of Arlington; three grandchildren, Holly and husband Mark Johnson, Matthew Keiser, and Heidi Keiser, and one great-child, Samuel Johnson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Ella Underwood and Lucille Moberg, and a brother, Miles Fister.

Memorials are suggested to the Arlington Community Church or the Over 60 Center at Arlington.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
