Charles James “C.J.” Robinson, 66, of Mankato, Minnesota died October 31, 1994 at Elysian, Minnesota. Burial will be held in Blair at a later date.

Charles James Robinson was born January 22,1928 at Blair to Raymond Harold and Nellie Delinger Robinson.

After graduating from Blair High School he served in the United State Navy. He then attended Dana College before operating a furniture and appliance store in Blair.

From 1955-63 he was manufacturer’s representative for Lane Cedar Chest Co. Since 1964, he had operated Schmaltz Realty Co. in Mankato.

He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Mankato.

He married Genevieve Sandall September 1, 1949 at Falls City, Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

He is survived by his wife, Genevieve; one daughter, Susan Carlson and her husband, John, of Mankato; two sons, Jim Robinson and his wife, Doris of Rapid City, South Dakota and Jonathan Robinson of Seoul, Korea and four grandchildren.

Woodland Hills Funeral Home in Mankato is in charge.
