Earl B. Robinson, 72, of Omaha, died Saturday Feb. 18, 2006, at the Sorenson Nursing Home in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel in Blair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, Feb 21. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Earl B. Robinson was born June 4, 1933, in Blair to Lewis and Laura (Carmichael) Robinson. He was employed with Asplundh Tree Service in Omaha for 27 years before retiring in 1988. On February 14, 1981, he married Susan Tonjes in Scribner.

Mr. Robinson was a 28 year member of the Fremont Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 200. He loved being in the outdoors where he enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Susan; sons and daughter-in-law, Gordon and Linda Robinson of Garrison, David and Pam Robinson of Portland, Oregon; daughters and son-in-law, Bonnie Martens of Bakersfield, Calif., Wauneta and Jerry Kempf of Beatrice; 13 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren; sisters, Anna Lowther and Helen Paulson, both of Fremont; brother and sisters-in-law, Leslie and Mary Robinson of North Bend, Dale (Lefty) and Mary Robinson of Blair; father and mother-in-law, Norman and Norma Tonjes of Scribner.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Walter, Rolland, Willie; and sister, Frances Rahlfs.

Memorials are suggested to the Blair Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, Luther Memorial Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
