Service for Revered Presley L. Robinson will be Tuesday, September 6th at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Fremont, 10:30 a.m. Rev. Robinson died at the Arbor Manor Home in Fremont at the age of 88.

Rev. Robinson lived in the Fremont area for 62 years and served as minister for many persons in Washington County during that time. He served as rural Sunday School Missionary for the American Sunday School Union and started Sunday Schools all over the area. He was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Fremont, member of the Greater Omaha Iris Society, Honorary Member of Women’s Christian Temperance Union.

Rev. Robinson is survived by his wife Millie and son James Robinson of Kalamazoo, Michigan. A son, Paul preceded him in death in 1947. There is a surviving brother W. Iven Robinson of Oskaloosa, Iowa and nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted by Rev. Jay Schmidt, Rev. Richard Sweeney, and Rev. Frank King. Burial will be in the Ridge Cemetery, Fremont, with Bader-Rozanik-Lawson Funeral Home in charge of arrangement.

Pallbearers are Lucius Furstenau, Earl Martens, Loran Pullen, Ralph Lemmert, Howard Hoppel, and Harry Sanders.
