Services will be 10 a.m. Fri., Sept. 20 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church for Marion A. Roche, 82, who died Sept. 16, 1996 at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel.

Marion A. Roche was born Jan. 3, 1914 to John and Sophie Junge Dierks at Bennington, Neb. She attended rural school in Bennington and graduated from Technical High School in Omaha in 1933. She lived in Omaha most of her life before moving to Blair in 1970.

She was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and the Friendly Homemakers Extension Club. She married J. Vincent Roche June 2, 1934 in Omaha.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

She is survived by her husband, J. Vincent; four children, Eugene from San Bernadino Calif., Donald, Wymore, Neb.; Ronald, Kennard and Mary Ann Huey of Blair; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin Dierks, Fremont and a sister, Evelyn Petersen from Omaha.

Memorials may be directed to the Fort Calhoun Rescue Squad or the Kennard Rescue Squad.
