GREAT-GRANDSON OF BLAIR RESIDENT DIED MARCH 1

David Lee Roesch, 3½ year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Roesch of La Habra, California, passed away on March 1, 1974, at the Childrens Hospital of Orange County, Orange, California. Death was due to complications after open heart surgery on February 28.

Funeral services were held at the St. Beatitudes Church of La Mirada, California, on March 5 with burial at the Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, California.

Those attending funeral services from the area were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Thone of Blair, Merle Peterson of Omaha and Mr. and Mrs. John Forsberg of Apache Junction, Arizona, formerly of Blair. Mrs. Annie M. Johnson of Blair is David’s great-grandmother.

Memorials may be sent to the “cardiac ward” of the Children’s Hospital at Orange, California.

Mr. and Mrs. David Roesch have one other son, Darren Leroy, age 2.
