Mr. Clair Bernard Rodgers died Monday, December 30th at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rodgers at Logan, Iowa on January 8, 1903 and was almost 61 years of age.

Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers have operated a farm northwest of Blair for many years. They are the parents of two sons, Lyle of Cedar Bluffs and Loren of Arlington, and a daughter, Mrs. Melvin Giesselman (Lois) of Arlington. He is also survived by his wife Hilda and ten grandchildren. Also his mother, Mrs. Martha Rodgers, of Logan, Iowa; four brothers, Harold of Portland, Oregon; Oscar, Elmer and Raymond of Logan, Iowa, and three sisters, Mrs. Worley Lang of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Tom Sennett of Logan, Iowa, and Mrs. Ralph Jackson of Des Moines.

Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Friday, January 3rd at the First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dale Westadt will officiate. The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Reynold, Meredith and Richard Kubie, Walter Koenig, E. Clark Lippincott and Donald Lippincott.
