Phyllis Rogert, 85, of Blair died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 2, in the chapel at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Phyllis H. Rogert was born May 14, 1917, in Herman to Herman and Emma (Gosker) Rogert. She graduated from Herman High School and received her teaching certificate from Dana College.

She taught for a number of years at Spiker, Glendale and Cuming City Schools. She then worked for the federal government and for Douglas County. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Blair.

She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Emmett and Betty Robert of Blair, sisters, Harriet Potter of Phoenix, Ariz., and Ada McGargill of Omaha; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold Rogert.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
