LUCILLE “TOOTIE” CAMERON, 70

Services for Lucille “Tootie” Cameron, 70 of Herman, who died July 20, 1996 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 23 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Tekamah. Burial will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Lucille M. Cameron was born May 21, 1926 in rural Herman to Chris and Mary Mengedoht Kuhlmann. She attended the New England School and graduated from Herman High School.

She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, the Wednesday Afternoon Club and Willing Workers Club.

She married Jack Cameron May 18, 1947 in Tekamah.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Lorretta Durand.

She is survived by her husband, Jack; daughters and sons-in-law, Jonnie and Rob Andrew, St. Marys, Ohio; and Bev and Larry Hansen, Herman; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Sara Cameron, Lyons, Nebraska; and Doug and Vicki Cameron, Craig, Nebraska; 14 grandchildren, Dr. Mickey Andrew, Mike Andrew, Marti Andrew, Sam Cameron, Megan Cameron, Lucas Cameron, Thomas Cameron, Kristen Cameron, Cari Hansen, Brandt Hansen and his wife, Jodi; Jami Hansen, Rachel Cameron, Erin Cameron and Kiley Cameron; sisters, Ethel (Mrs. Dean) Blatchford, Woodland Hills, California; Arlene (Mrs. Harold) Lang, Blair and Evelyn Husk, Arlington; and a brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Norma Kuhlmann, Herman.
