LOIS M. CAMPBELL, 70

Lois M. Campbell, 70, of Blair, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005, at Bergan-Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at First United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Lois M. Campbell was born Oct. 22, 1935, at Modale, Iowa, to Francis “Soc” and Juanita (Swaney) McIntosh. She graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 1953.

On August 22, 1953, she married LeRoy Campbell in Blair. After their marriage, they lived in Modale before moving to Blair.

Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Blair Fraternal Order of Eagles.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Roy Majors of Kennard; Angela and Andrea Campbell, and Tricia and Mark Thibodeau, all of Omaha; sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Cathy Campbell and Kent Campbell, all of Blair; eight grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Jensen of Blair and Carolyn Jury of Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy, in 2002; and by sons, Michael and Dirk.

Memorials are suggested to the Blair Rescue Squad.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair is in charge of arrangements.
