Graveside services for Marjorie Matheson, 78 of Corona Del Mar, California, who died at Fountain Valley, California August 12, 1995 will be 1 a.m. Friday, August 18 at the Herman Cemetery.

Marjorie Ann Matheson was born July 24, 1917 at rural Herman to Arthur and Barbara Chval Anderson. She graduated from Herman High School.

On December 6, 1937 she married Joe Matheson in Omaha. They moved to California in 1939.

She worked as an accountant for the J. H. Biggar Furniture Company in California until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Harry Anderson, Arthur Anderson and Gordon Anderson.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Bill Stoner, Upland, California and Barbara and Jay Osborn of Huntington Beach, California; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
