C. P. Petersen Died At Daughter’s Home In Indiana

Services for Clarence P. Petersen, 60 of Omaha, were held Tuesday, May 6 at Luther Memorial Church in Omaha.

Mr. Petersen passed away at Elkhart, Indiana Hospital, May 3. He took ill while visiting at the home of his daughter.

He was raised in the Telbasta area and was married to Marie Ward, October 28, 1931. They lived most of their married life in Omaha.

Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Gehrke, son-in-law, Robert Gehrke, three grandchildren, Deborah, Richard and Alan, his mother, Mrs. Christine Petersen of Fremont; 1 brother, Alfred Petersen of Kansas City, Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. George Buschult and Mrs. Donald Fleming of Herman, and Mrs. Wm. Kendrick of Chandler, Arizona.

Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.
