Mrs. Ane Petesen Died At Good Shepherd Thursday

Mrs. Ane Petersen, a long-time resident of Washington County, died early Thursday at the Good Shepherd Home in Blair. She was 88 years of age, having been born in Denmark December 10th, 1887. She had been preceded in death by her husband, the late Lars P. Petersen.

She is survived by three daughters and a son, nine grandchildren, twenty-six great-grand-children and two great-great grandchildren.

The daughters are: Mrs. William (Alice) Vogt; Mrs. Arthur (Mae) Andersen; Mrs. Eggert (Olga) Wulf. All are from Blair. The son is Howard Petersen of Arlington.

A brother, Holger Hansen, lives in Omaha.

Funeral services were held at the Campbell Mortuary in Blair Saturday morning. The Rev. Henry Stolz conducted the service. Interment was in the Blair Cemetery.

The pallbearers were Larry Petersen, Leland Vogt, Glen Vogt, Vernon Wulf, Ervin Wulf and Donald Rasmussen.
