News of the death of E. M. Rosenbaum at Chadron, Nebr., was received by relatives in Kennard last Sunday morning in a telegram, and two brothers, John and H.J., departed for that place the same day to be present at the funeral.
The deceased was born in Washington County, Va., in May 1860, making his age fifty-one years at the time of his death. He was quite well known here having visited here many times, and leaves a host of friends to regret his passing.
