Services of Leslie J. Rosenbaum, 93 of Blair who died February 5, 1994 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 9 at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard. Burial will be in Kennard Cemetery.

Leslie J. Rosenbaum was born February 19, 1900 near Orum, Nebraska to William and Annie Nielsen Rosenbaum. He was baptized and confirmed at the Lutheran Church in Kennard in 1915. He attended March School. He spent most of his life on a farm near Kennard.

He was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and American Legion Post No. 154 in Blair.

He married Margaret Lutz in 1948 at Blair. They retired in 1966 and moved to Blair.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret on February 19, 1980; his parents; four sisters and three brothers.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Merritt and Dorothy Rosenbaum of Mesa, Arizona, a daughter, Betty Newkirk of Yakima, Washington; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Selma Allison of Decatur, Nebraska and Gladys Dickmeyer of Arlington.

Memorials may be directed to Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
