William M. Schneckenberger, 78

Funeral services were Monday, August 12 at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha for William M. “Jim” Schneckenberger, 78, a Crowell Memorial Home resident who died August 9, 1990 at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery. William M. Schneckenberger was born February 4, 1912 in Omah. His parents were Anton and Margaret McCarthy Schneckenberger.

He was a bus driver for the City of Omaha.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen M. and his parents.

He is survived by two daughters, Shirley J. Bertacini, Omaha, and Margaret (Peggy) Jensen, Las Vegas, Nevada; one son, William H., Springfield, Nebraska; nine grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and two sister, Margaret Shymanski, Omaha, and Kathryn Ehinger, Hayward, California.

Roeder Mortuary was in charge of arrangements for the services.
