Jack Petersen, County Farmer Died Wednesday

Funeral services were held Saturday for Jack K. Petersen, 47 years of age, Washington County farmer, who died Wednesday in an Omaha hospital.

The services were held at the Blair Methodist Church the Rev. Dale Westadt officiating with interment in Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Petersen is survived by his wife, Marsha; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John L. Petersen of Blair; and one sister, Mrs. Robert Siert of Blair.

Mr. Petersen was born in Blair September 17, 1917 and is a graduate of Blair High School. He farmed just north of Orum. Four years ago he moved to Omaha but continued to operate his farm.

Pallbearers were Russell Taylor, Clifford Taylor, Elton T. Thompson, Vernon Mathiesen, Jim Bensen and Clarence Hansen.

Campbell Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
