Services for Viola A. Schneider, 59, of Oakland, Nebraska who died August 29, 1994 at Immanuel Fontanelle Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 31 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair.

A rosary will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Chapel in Blair.

Viola A. Schneider was born September 23, 1934 at Omaha, Nebraska to Sylvan and Viola LaTour Schneider, Sr. She was a graduate of North High School in Omaha.

She was a homemaker all her life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, one brother and one sister.

She is survived by three sons, Ron Purcell of Hooper, Nebraska; Terry Purcell of Carter Lake, Iowa and Gary Hostetter, Jr. of Iowa; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Sylvan Schneider, Jr. of Sylmar, California and Charles Schneider of New Mexico and her father, Sylvan Schneider, Sr. of Oakland, Nebraska.
