Lifelong Arlington resident, Eleanor M. “Sis” Rosenkilde, 81, died Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Nye Pointe Health and Rehab in Fremont.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Arlington Community Church. Interment will be in the Arlington Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, at Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home in Arlington, with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation will also be held at the church on Wednesday, one hour prior to services.

Eleanor M. Hall was born Feb. 7, 1927, in Arlington to Lawrence and Maude (Menking) Hall. She lived in Arlington her entire life until moving to Fremont in May of 2006.

On June 29, 1947, she married Leo Ray “Buster” Rosenkilde in Arlington.

Mrs. Rosenkilde worked for the Arlington Public Schools for several years in the late 1960’s, and kept the books for her husband’s construction business.

She was a member of the Arlington Community Church and the Community Church women, and for many years, she coordinated the lunches for funerals and the church. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Post 8332 in Arlington.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Rodney Grefe of Arlington; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn “Toby” Wilkins of Ennis, Mont.; brother-in-law, Jerry Fagerquist of Fremont; and a sister-in-law, Kathrine Cook of Arlington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Ray, in November 2006; two sisters, Faye Hall, and Patricia Fagerquist; and a brother Merle Hall.

Memorials are suggested to Arlington Community Church.
