Rothery of Omaha, who little son, Winfield Scott Rothery Jr., born at the Blair hospital on April 9th, died at the hospital on Monday morning of this week, aged nearly two weeks. The baby had seemed in good health the night before, but died about 5 o’clock in the morning without any apparent warning, of vavalar heart troubles.

The mother was formerly Miss Cora Pierce of this city.

Funeral services were held at the home of C. E. Pierce on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o’clock, conducted by Rev. A. E. Marsh, and the little form borne out to the Blair Cemetery, the tiny casket being hidden with sweet flowers.

Only those who have been called upon to part with a dear little child, can realize the void that is left in aching hears and empty arms.
