Obituary

The Courier is pained to announce the death of Miss Nettie Faith, at the home of her parents in Mo. Valley, Iowa, Jan. 21, 1892. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Faith of that city, and a sister of Henry Faith an employ in this office. A young and favorite girl, just budding into womanhood, accomplished in many ways, and endeared by all who knew her, it is indeed sad that she should be taken from her parents and many friends on so short a notice. She had been sick but a few days, yet the skill of all the physicians seemed to have no power to relieve her, and she died as she had lived in the hands of Him who knows and sets the time for the departure of us all.

Her ailment was brain fever and spinal meningitis.

The funeral took place on Saturday at 10 o’clock, and the remains were interred in the Frazier Cemetery.
