Walter Schriefer, 93

Services were Mon., Oct. 14 at First Lutheran Church in Blair for Walter Bernard Frederick Schriefer, 93, of Blair who died Oct. 10, 1996 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Blair. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Walter Bernard Frederick Schriefer was born Sept. 1, 1903 in Honey Creek, Missouri to Gerhard and Katharine Muller Schriefer.

He worked on the farm and also worked as a mason in construction.

He resided at Parkview Manor prior to moving to Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in November, 1993.

He is survived by two sisters, Olga Fryman of Blair and Catherine Kistner of Sheboygan of Wisconsin and several nieces and nephews.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
