Mrs. Svan Petersen

Mrs. Svan Petersen died Friday, at her home in Dexterville, after an illness of several months, and the funeral was held at 1 o’clock Monday at the Danish Lutheran church. Mrs. Petersen was born in Denmark and was 69 years, 11 months and 5 days old. Besides her husband she leaves four children, Nels, of Kennard, Peter, who lives on the old farm southwest of town, Anna, now Mrs. A. N. Anderson, of Kennard, and Charles, who lived at home. A good many of the former neighbors and old friends from around Kennard came over to attend the funeral.
