Kaitlyn B. Hurlburt, 3, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 5151 Northwest Radial Highway, Omaha. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Kaitlyn Bree Hurlburt was born Sept. 14, 2007.

She is survived by her mother, Christina Scheibe, and father, Michael Hurlburt; grandparents, Greg and Dawn Casart, Robin Bullock, and Dave and Lynn Scheibe; great-grandmother, Nelda Martin; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Braman Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
