Services For Ervin Peterson Held May 31

Services were held on Tuesday, May 31, at St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Lincoln, for Ervin O. Peterson, 64, of Lincoln.

He was a retired agronomist with the U.S. Soil Conservation Service. A native of Herman, he had resided in Lincoln for twenty years. He was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Elks Lodge No. 80, American Legion Post No. 3, Soil Conservation Society of America, a 1934 University of Nebraska graduate and a World War II Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Helen, Lincoln; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Jane) Harris, Lincoln; his mother, Mrs. Pauline Peterson, Herman; and four brothers, Merle Peterson, Livonia, Michigan, Robert Peterson, Blair, and Howard Peterson and Duane Peterson, both of Herman.
