SERVICES HELD IN BLAIR FOR CHARLES ROWE

Services were Monday, September 19, at Campbell Funeral Home for Charles Everett Rowe, 46, who died in an accident near Union, Nebraska, September 16, 1983.

The Rev. Phillip Cook officiated. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.

Charles Everett Rowe was born July 28, 1937, at Diggins, Missouri, to Charles and Victoria Owens Rowe. He was a carpenter.

He was married to Delores Cemer. She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Michael, Burlington, Kansas, and Terry, Ogallala, Nebraska; and one daughter, Mrs. Clayton (Penny) Sprinks, Burlington, Kansas. Three grandsons; one granddaughter; one sister, Mrs. Vivian Cemer, Nebraska City, two brothers, James Rowe, Diggins, Missouri and Robert Rowe, Nebraska City; and his mother Victoria Rowe, Diggins, Missouri, also survive him.

Pallbearers were Bill Cemer, Bob Cemer, Dean Cemer, Eddie Cemer, Bernard Wilkins and Dale Wilkins.

Clare Cowing was organist.

Campbell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for the services.
