Dwight William Rowe, a native of the Desoto area, died Tuesday at an Omaha hospital. He was 50 years old.

Mr. Rowe was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rowe who were well know at Desoto. He was born there May 18, 1921 and grew up in that vicinity. In Omaha he lived at 1417 North 17th Street.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Rowe and by four daughters and two sons. The daughters are Mrs. Sanroa Bennell, of Denver, Janet, Lynette and Cindy, who reside at home in Omaha. A son, Dwight, Jr. is also at home and an older son, Richard Rowe, lives in Denver.

Mrs. Gene Olson (Norma) of Blair is a sister of the deceased man.

Funeral services will be held at Campbell Mortuary Friday afternoon, October 15th. The Rev. Charles Gates will conduct the service. Burial will be made in the Blair Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wallace Jones, Herbert Jones, Robert Jones, Nels R. Anderson, Francis Cournoyer, and Calvin Comstock.
