Irma Royuk was born at Arlington, Nebr. March 11, 1918. She was the daughter of William J. and Amelia (Stork) Schmidt. She was a life-long resident of the Arlington area and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and Lutheran Women’s Missionary League.

She was united in Holy Matrimony with Henry Royuk on March 2, 1947 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Irma passed away at Memorial Hospital in Blair, Nebraska on Tuesday, August 16, 1977 at the age of 59 years, 5 months and 5 days. She is survived by her husband, Henry, one son, Wayne Royuk, one daughter, Eunice Royuk; one granddaughter; her mother, Mrs. Amelia Schmidt; one brother, Curtis Schmidt; and by two sister, Mrs. Gilbert (Margaret) Scheer and Mrs. Paul (Lillian) Royuk all of Arlington. She was preceded in death by her father, William H. Schmidt and by one brother, Paul Schmidt.
