Services For Mrs. McClelland Were Held Thursday

Services for Mrs. Harry (Gertrude) E. McClelland were held on Thursday at the Arlington Community Church in Arlington. Mrs. McClelland was 90 years old at the time of her death. Rev. Bryce Hecht officiated.

Mrs. McClelland passed away on September 3rd at a Lincoln, Nebraska Nursing Home. Mrs. McClelland was born on August 16, 1883 at Rosehill. She lived in Arlington for many years before moving to Lincoln to be near her daughter and son-in-law.

Survivors include sons, Harry C. Jr., of Lincoln, and Merrit C. of Rollo, Missouri. Daughter is Mrs. Carroll (Rachel) Unland of Lincoln. There are two surviving sisters. They are: Mrs. Geil Mitchell, of Omaha and Mrs. Gretna Brookings of Oakland, Iowa.

Mrs. McClelland belonged to the daughters of the American Revolution, of Fremont, the Eastern Star and Rebecca Lodge and the Arlington Community Club.

Pallbearers were Leon Unland, George Graves, Fred Bruntz, Robert Schenkel, Richard Melvard, and Henry Wulf. Burial was in the Arlington Cemetery.

Services For Mrs. Harry McClellan To Be Thursday

Word was received in Arlington Monday of the death of Mrs. Harry McClellan, 90 years old and a former Arlington resident.

Mrs. McClellan had moved to Lincoln several years ago to be near her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Unland.

Funeral services for Mrs. McClellan will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Arlington Community Church.
