Bob Schroeder

Services for Robert W. Schroeder, Sr., 64, who died January 2, 1986, were held Monday, January 6, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Father Daniel Galas officiated and burial was in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

Schroeder was born October 8, 1921.

He graduated from Fort Calhoun High School.

He farmed until 1973, and then worked for International Harvestor. He also worked for Sharlo Homes in Washington County.

Survivors included his wife, Dolores; sons David and Robert, Jr. of Blair, Don of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Ron of Sioux City, Iowa and Mark of Tekamah; daughters, Diane Frazer of Columbus, Denise Dick of Blair, Debbie Campbell of Crescent, Iowa, Mary Beaver of Fort Collins, Colorado, Margaret and Marti, both of Tekamah; brothers, Richard of Herman, Ray of Vermillion; sisters, Katharine Schroeder, Marian Schroeder and Veronica Fuhrman, all of Herman; and 22 grandchildren.

Campbell Funeral Home of Blair was in charge of arrangements.
