Sophie H. Schroeder was born Oct. 31, 1903. She was married to Arthur C. Schroeder. She passed away Nov. 8, 1974.

Past Arlington Lady Died in Omaha

Word has been received that Mrs. Art Schroeder had passed away in Omaha. Mrs. Schroeder was a former rural Arlington resident.

The Schroeder family lived on a farm east of Arlington which was known at that time as the Heuerman farm.

Funeral services were on November 11 at the Crosby Burket Colonial Chapel on West Center Road in Omaha.

Sophie Schroeder is survived by her daughters Joyce Libka, Diane Stanley, both of Omaha, Gavie Eret, Underwood, Iowa. Brothers: Edwin Jipp of Omaha, Reinhart Jipp of Salem, Oregon. Sisters: Alvina Rohwere, Elkhorn, Elma Gilliam, Omaha, and seven grandchildren. Burial was in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
